Stay on your toes, keep moving!!

What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. Take responsibility for yourself. Learn to let go when you cannot change things. Don't get angry about things - bitter memories clutter your mind. Courage resides in all of us - use it when you need to do what's right for you. We all possess a strong natural power and adventurous spirit, which you should draw on to embrace what lies ahead. Cherie Carter-Scott. Scott is an author, life coach, and motivational speaker

The Olympics for the first time ever have women included from all countries and competing in all events! Historic and timely. I am very proud to be here to celebrate this moment and salute all those who made this happen!

I have recently started boxing myself so I am really keen to see the women's boxing events ( They call me Sugar! my right hand is tough!!!)
I hear my trainer all the time saying stay focused, stay on your toes, bob and weave, flexible and wait for the right moment to release. I started thinking about how I can apply this to life, stay focused and stay flexible, keep moving! What will the results be if you stay focused, keep the goal in mind but be flexible in your approach? The strategy to win may need to be changed at times, but the goal of winning remains the same!

So what did I learn today?

Keep steady. Keep the focus. And if the chance arises, make sure you are prepared for the opportunity. Life will prepare you. Stillness will prepare you. And if I consult my spirit I will soon come to realize that I can not miss that which was meant for me. Be mindful of distractions. If you forget that you are blessed, it will begin to seem that way.
Peace!!!
