What did I learn today?
Until and unless you know you are enough just the way you are, you will continue to look for more. You will sell off pieces and parts of yourself in an attempt to get more and do more, hoping that it will make you feel like more. Knowing that you are enough is a function of consciousness. Your enough-ness unfolds and develops in direct proportion to your authentic identity. Until you wholeheartedly believe in your own value, worth and worthiness, in spite of your accomplishments, your possessions, or lack thereof, there will be a void in your Spirit.

Allowing people to define what support looks like gives you an ability to assess if you have the capacity to show up - Minaa B If someone asks you right now, what does support look like to you, what would be your answer? Sensible optimism is a belief that the odds are in your favor, and over time things will balance out to a good outcome even if what happens in between is filled with misery.
