Divine Order and Right Action

Just because that we are personally not in control, does not mean that things are out of control, there is divine order and right action - Rev Deborah Johnson

Humans love control, we love to know what is happening and when. We must know what is coming next, all the facts and insights before, during and after an even, a process, a situation. Of course, we are taught that we must be in control to grow, to lead, to avoid embarrassment. We are rewarded for knowing, for having the facts and information, when we don't know we are looked at as dumb, incomplete, unfinished, unprepared. We are punished.

Knowing, in a particular situation, is important and I am not saying that flying blindly is the solution. What I am saying is that there are some situations that divine guidance, right action and intuition plays a far more critical role than the facts. There are some situations that you get the gut feeling to do something or not do something that defies all logic and throws the facts out. And guess what, those are the ones that absolutely blow our minds, we learn way more, we grow way more, we change way more than we ever imagined.

The challenge is trusting the process, surrendering the outcome and letting go of the attachment.

However when we show up with an open mind willing to do the work and let go of the attachment, the proving, the negative ego we make way for divine order and right action to work on our behalf.

Peace and Blessings
