My Daily Routine
Start Where It Feels Easy - Danielle La Porte
I do the same thing every day. I get up. Drink a lot of
water. Have a big chuck of watermelon, take a run. Sometimes I meditate,Drink some green juice. Eat
as healthy as I can. (bake tho! And Anella’s
bread!!) Read something that moves me.
I’m not trying to win an award for being the best vegetarian, just
want to be healthy. I’m blessed to do anything I want so I decide to take the
best care of my body in the same way. Holistically. Vitally. Purposefully. And have
some fun with it.
