What did I learn today? Lessons on the Journey to Unconditional Self Love

Deeply loving ourselves means that we don't have to create struggles and dramas, we can move to where the joy is, we can receive the pleasures. We can be open to the opportunities that are always there that are difficult to notice when looking through the veils of self-loathing or inadequacy . Today I affirm that there is nothing in me but love. This love comes from total acceptance of myself and the understanding that I am a perfectly imperfect human being.  I will walk through today and allow myself to fully express my perfection. What did I learn today?When we unequivocally know how worthy we are, the value we provide in the world is profound.And we get paid for it! Day 1 at the “office” what a beautiful place with beautiful people and beautiful lessons! Brasso Seco, in Super Island T&T and to top it off they made coconut bake and saltfish for me (bake is my favourite food ever!!!) I am supposed to be doing a 8 day training workshop with rural communities within Trinidad and Tobago. The rural communities have invested in themselves and have a multitude of products available or sale or services available which they believe will enhance their communities. I am humbled to be a part of it! So I will be in areas such as Speyside Tobago, Heights of Aripo, Along the North Coast and who knows where else! I'm pretty excited about it!! New journey!!! And completion takes time it’s never one task or one outcome.it is a sequence a chain of events, so keep on keeping on .Longevity is a multitude of moments- Natalie Stewart   I do my first rural community training programme tomorrow in an area called Brasso Seco which is East Trinidad, I have never been there before but always an opportunity to see a new place and learn a new lesson! These rural communities are taking responsibility for their growth and development and its really inspiring to me to see that they are not depending on anyone to “take them forward” I think this makes a difference in being a victim and a victor! This will be my first of 4 communities that I will be visiting including in the sister isle Tobago!   Looking forward to the lessons!!
