Support

The truth is: Belonging starts with self-acceptance. Your level of belonging, in fact, can never be greater than your level of self-acceptance, because believing that you're enough is what gives you the courage to be authentic, vulnerable and imperfect. When we don't have that, we shape-shift and turn into chameleons; we hustle for the worthiness we already possess.  Brene Brown

Sometimes what we call support is not really support at all. It is your need to be affirmed in your smallness, your hurts, your pain. For others to validate this for you makes you feel like you are seen and understood.

The Universe’s support requires that you move to a place of non judgement about yourself and all others. The past does not matter that much anymore just for the lesson. The slate is wiped clean and you can now start afresh on new footing. Why do you desire to stay stuck in places that you really don’t want to be anyway?

What did I learn today?

The Universe will support me in my magnificence, not in my smallness, with my head held high. Forgive, let go. Judgement does not serve you. Forgive yourself as sometimes you are your own worst critic

Peace
