The Journey to Self Discovery in Uganda

It’s funny how things happen when you let go! What am I talking about? I surrendered the process I just asked the Universe for what I wanted and got out of the way of insisting it happen how and when I wanted! Life is always in session I just need to show up and be ready!

So over the last few weeks I have been minding my own business and it fell right into my lap. I met with one of the young and upcoming entrepreneurs in Uganda and they have asked me to facilitate sessions which includes a mixture of Entrepreneurship and Self Discovery! How bloody awesome is that?

I am so excited about it! Will let you know how it goes. I’ve attached the poster

    Fabulously Awesome! Those 2 topics are seriously intertwined! Self discovery can be seen as the start of the trod to self actualization..knowing who you are and your strengths and weaknesses is the only way that you can sucessfully navigate through life's hurdles (unless you just lucky like that :-)& reach the top of the hierachy of needs

    It is the same with the entrepreneur, doing your SWOT Analysis,Mission, Vision and Business Plan is the same sort of self discovery-for the business, when you know where the business is and where you want to go...with a defined plan and effective methods of monitoring that progress...the actions should lead to whatever end result the entrepreneur sets..profit and satisfaction for shareholders (both internally & externally)!

      Thank you for the blessings! Interesting point of view on your interpretation of doing a SWOT Analysis, Vision and Mission! Never looked at it in that way but it makes absolute sense to me!

  You save yourself energy when you learn to ask people what they need, instead of assuming you know best then acting on your own impulses.
