Simplicity for me is the essence of class! When things remain simple, it's easy to follow, easy to explain, a joy to share and learn. Everyone can get it. So why do we always have to make it so hard? It doesn't have to be hard! It really is very simple, we are all really the same the thing which separates us is distance, culture and our beliefs and these things are all manufactured. Travelling around the world has proven to me that we are all really quite similar.Everyone’s the same as everyone else. We just get caught up in labels, names, skin color and religion. Everyone’s the same as everyone else. And I've learned that once I recognise this it makes things so much simpler.


So what did I learn today?

Every time you bless another your bless yourself. Every time you blame another you lose your power. Every time you think you can, you can. Every time you fall you must get up and try again. Every time you cry you’re one tear closer to joy. Every time you ask for forgiveness, all you have to do is forgive yourself.Everyone you see is your reflection. Everyone you know mirrors you.Everyone breathes the same breath.Everything you hate you hate about yourself. Everything you own does not define you. Everything you think creates your life. Everything you resist will stick around. Everything you let go of stays if it’s supposed to. Everything you need is right where you are.

  You save yourself energy when you learn to ask people what they need, instead of assuming you know best then acting on your own impulses. Allowing people to define what support looks like gives you an ability to assess if you have the capacity to show up - Minaa B If someone asks you right now, what does support look like to you, what would be your answer? It takes self reflection , self awareness and more importantly a whole load of authenticity to answer. Sensible optimism is a belief that the odds are in your favor, and over time things will balance out to a good outcome even if what happens in between is filled with misery.
