Decisions

As 2016 comes to a close I have been making some firm decisions, like really really firm ones, about what I want and what I will be leaving behind.

I'm on it! On it like I want it

Finances - big big one - Never ever again I want to be here in this position where its like scraping the bottom of the barrel - been there before not fun, nope, better choices in 2017
Give to get don't be a selfish bumhead and give thanks for everything.

Boundaries - set some, end of story.

Health and Wellness - pretty happy about my discipline and commitment - I managed to add fruit to my daily life wherever I was in the world and it made a huge difference. 

Friends -  Surrounding myself with people who are sincere and kind, and cherish the ones who already are. I love my tribe I must tell them more often

Relationships - no need to run behind anyone not at anytime is that ever happening ever again.  Notice the signs and act on them. Decision made

  You save yourself energy when you learn to ask people what they need, instead of assuming you know best then acting on your own impulses. Allowing people to define what support looks like gives you an ability to assess if you have the capacity to show up - Minaa B If someone asks you right now, what does support look like to you, what would be your answer? It takes self reflection , self awareness and more importantly a whole load of authenticity to answer. Sensible Optimism

  Optimism is usually defined as a belief that things will go well. But that's incomplete. Sensible optimism is a belief that the odds are in your favor, and over time things will balance out to a good outcome even if what happens in between is filled with misery. And in fact you  know  it will be filled with misery.
